Trust Your Reader
Trust Your Reader
How do readers engage with a story? How does providing a puzzle for readers make your writing more engaging?
One common error writers make is leaving nothing for the reader to figure out on their own. Trusting the reader to fill in the blanks, follow the action, and understand the motivations of characters helps them become invested in your story.
Join developmental editor Christine Pinto to learn how trusting your reader can help create a more engaging story.
