KidLit continues to be one of the fastest growing sectors of the publishing industry. It's also an area writers frequently make missteps with in their manuscripts.

What does it take, then, to write for children? What distinguishes the various categories? What elements are important to include and what is better left out? What marketing strategies are important for KidLit writers?
